A big thank you to all who have stepped up to help us provide relief to those affected by the recent earthquakes in Turkey. Your prayers and donations are making an impact, and we are deeply grateful for your support.
The earthquake and aftershocks caused untold damage and left many families without homes, food, or ways to provide for their most basic needs. Our partners on the ground have been working tirelessly from day one. With your help, they have been able to furnish essential supplies such as blankets, hot meals, and shelter. But there is still so much more to be done. That’s why we’re sending a team to Turkey this month: to continue our relief efforts, to provide ongoing support to our national partners, and to plan out how we can most effectively deploy teams and resources in the days ahead.
We recognize that the road to recovery will be long and challenging, but we find our comfort and assurance in the God who is with us – Emmanuel. We ask that you join us in praying for the welfare of those who are suffering. Pray that they would find healing and peace for body and soul. Pray that we would be be a small instrument toward that end.
Once again, we want to express our gratitude to each of you who have made this work possible. Your generosity and kindness are making a real difference in the lives of many. We hope that you will continue to stand with us as we labor toward recovery and hope for the people of Turkey.
