UPDATE: Praise God with us! We’ve filled this position, but we are still looking for volunteers for the sewing program. Head over HERE to apply!

Exciting news! We have an immediate opening for a Program Manager to help oversee a thriving sewing program serving our Nashville area refugee women.

Over 200 women are graduates of the program, with many now using their new skills to help provide for their families. The program draws volunteers from local area churches to serve as friends, teachers, and helpers. There’s a waiting list of refugee women waiting to take the class, and we’d like to begin training for this position this summer with classes launching again in the fall.

The Program Manager’s primary responsibilities will be to organize students, coordinate and shepherd volunteers, and oversee classroom materials and activities. As a member of Servant Group, you’ll work with and enjoy the support of fellow team members here at our home office in Nashville, TN.

This is a part-time position and will require 15-20 hrs/wk. Sewing or needlework experience is helpful but not required. Given cultural considerations and the nature of our ministry, the Program Manager will need to be female and an active church member.

As a staff member, you’ll be expected to raise your personal support salary through the donations of churches, friends, and family, or be self-supported. A two-year commitment is expected.

If you have a heart to serve our local refugee women or would like to see full job description, please fill out the form below!
